The rather generically named Tennis Practice Games Video provides a perfect solution, presenting fun and clever exercises designed to "creatively stimulate" practice for specific skills within the sport. Narrated by Joe Dinoffer, a USPTA professional, the program covers shotmaking, training, and match strategy for a total of 42 entertaining games ( such as playing doubles with one partner seated on a bench-when the seated partner makes a shot, he wins points and switches positions with the standing partner). Based on Dinoffer’s book Tennis Practice Games, this excellent program advances sound training techniques and is flavored with the one ingredient guaranteed to produce good results: lots of fun.
